Time To Party...

Come on move your body...

I did Turbo Jam for the first time since November 10th last night. Cardio Party Mix 1, to be exact.

I did not finish, but I did okay and then I did the Power 90 Ab Ripper 200 workout (6 minute ab routine).

I did not stuff my face with a bunch of crap last night, either (well, nor did I stuff it with anything as I did not cook dinner and let my poor neglected husband starve).

So. Go me! I think...

Turbo Jam is incredible! I've been doing it off an on for two years now after seeing an infomercial.

Go to www.beachbody.com for details. I have the first 5 (learn n burn, turbo sculpt, 20 min workout, cardio party, and ab jam) and I recommend it over any of the others. I also have Maximum Results, but the first set is much better, in my opinion.
