I drank it. With apple juice. And a straw per Pitter Patter's suggestion in my comments.
It was easier.
But...
I'm giving up powdered spirulina for a while and I'm going to take the tablets. Six a day. It's gotta be better than the powder.
And I did another Exercise on Demand workout... A Tae Bo one.* I did it. I'm proud of me.
*So far, I haven't found any workout that is better than Turbo Jam, but I need some variety and so I'll keep scrolling through my choices. It can't hurt!
