And on Thursday, I was bad...

On Wednesday, I cheated on my diet. I cheated with three martinis. Three Pomegranate and Pineapple martinis. But at least I worked out.

Yesterday, I didn't cheat on the diet really, except for a bottle of red wine (oops!), but I didn't work out at all. I now have a wine hangover.

today i can't lift my arms above my waist, THANK YOU ELLEN. im developing a love/hate relationship with chalene... it's hard to NOT look skinny when your boobs are HUGE!!

Yeah, I really need to work out today. But my beloved Longhorns are playing in the tournament tonight. Oh well.

i did fat blaster last night and 3T this morning. that tube gizmo is the best! how do you rotate your workouts? do you do the same one every day or what?

I like to do my abs every day or almost every day (that's my "cheat" workout that makes me feel like I did something even if that's all I did). While the strength workouts are my favorite, you're not supposed to do them every day because your muscles need to rest. I usually do the same one or two cardio workouts all the time. My goal is cardio 4x a week, strength 2x or 3x per week, and abs 6x per week. Yeah, I'm not even close yet.

Hmmm...I wish that was true. I have a big chest. Unfortunately it goes with my big everything else. Even when I'm thin(ner) I look bigger because of the boobs. I hate it. I wouldn't hate the giant ring though. I think I could handle that part.
